As an evolution of the Ultrasonic glove, Bauer has redesigned the protection on the backhand of the glove with the Triple Shox Foam Package.The top layer of EPP foam provides a stiff, lightweight layer of protection while the DC-Tech foam absorbs energy from hits. Finally, the MD foam layer provides a soft feel for maximum comfort. This triple stacked foam increases impact absorption and lateral stiffness.

The junior version of the MACH gloves is equipped with the Flex-Connekt palm, which provides better flexibility for players with smaller hands.
